Health Tip No. 16: What to Do When Your Practitioners All Give You Different Advice

At a time of very rapidly developing knowledge, you are bound to find differing opinions. Learn as much as you can about each one, and then choose what you think will work best for you. Having to make such choices is one reason why it is so helpful that you become self-aware and attuned to your own bodymind, in addition to learning as much as you can about your condition. Combining self-awareness and self-knowledge with the cutting edge of new breakthroughs and discoveries in healing will help you make the best decision about which one to choose.

It may be fine to try any or all of the recommended approaches. If one is less expensive, you might try that one first. They might also work well together synchronistically if you do all of them.
