  • You may print out your order as described in the paragraph above, and fax with credit card information toll free to 1-877-527-2886 or 303-527-2886.

  • Call toll-free 1-877-3LS-WELL (1-877-357-9355) or 303-527-2886 to leave your order on our answering machine. Or, leave your name and phone number, and someone will call back to take your order. Being a small business, we are not always available at the phone to take your call, but we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

  • E-mail your order to orders@sunrisehealthcoach.com. (You may also use PayPal to send your order.) Be sure to include your shipping address, shipping charges, sales tax if you live in Colorado, and your phone number in case we have a question and cannot reach you by e-mail.

We provide prompt service so that orders are almost always on their way to you within 48 hours.

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING! — Orders over $150.00 are shipped free (via Media Mail).

Economy Shipping - USPS Media Mail. Note: Media mail is shipped by the USPS on a space available basis, so delivery times vary from 2 days to 3 weeks, and can be especially slow during the winter holiday season.

• Up to 1/2 lb. = $1.25
• 1/2+ pound to 1-1/2 lbs. = $2.50
• 1-1/2+ lbs. to 5 lbs. = $5.00
• Over 5 lbs. = $6.00

Expedited Shipping (Best Way) - We will send your package by USPS Priority Mail or by FedEx (our choice). Note that FedEx does not delivery to PO boxes.

• Up to 2 lbs. = $5.00
• 2+ lbs. to 5 lbs. = $8.00
• over 5 lbs. = $10.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to ship your order to any part of the world. The USPS offers large flat rate envelopes for $12.50 to almost everywhere. We can usually fit one book (or two small books) in a flat rate envelope and we charge you what they charge. The cart will charge you automatically as follows:

Up to 2 lbs: $12.95
• 2+ to 4 lbs: $25.90
• 4+ to 6 lbs: $38.85
• 6+ to 8 lbs: $51.80

If there is a large difference between what was charged and the actual cost of shipping, we'll contact you for an additional payment or refund the difference.

Return Policy

Money back guarantee! We want you to be happy with our books. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them for a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable). Returns will be accepted within 30 days. Contact Sunrise Health Coach Publications for return authorization number and address for sending returns. All returns must be in new, resellable condition and well packed for shipping. Please ship returns via a trackable, insured carrier. Sunrise Health Coach Publications will not be liable for damage or loss occurring during return shipping.

Wrong item or quantity shipped: If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product.

If we sent you more products than you ordered, please notify us within 7 days to avoid being billed for the additional quantity, even if you did not order it.

Damaged in shipping: If your shipment was damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement. We may request that a claim be filed with the shipping company.
