To place an order:

Online: For fastest service, order through our online bookstore -- secure ordering with PayPal. Major credit cards accepted.
Phone orders: Call 1-877-3LS-WELL (1-877-357-9355) or 303-527-2886 to leave your credit card order on our answering machine. Or, you may leave your name and phone number in your message, and we will call you back to take your order.
Postal Mail: For your convenience, use the shopping cart in our bookstore to create a completed order form. Just follow all of the steps for placing an order. For payment, select "pay by check or money order." The cart will prompt you to print out your completed order form, which will include mailing instructions.

Wholesale Ordering

If you are a health care provider, bookstore, or book reseller, you may order books for resale at wholesale prices from Sunrise Health Coach Publications or through book distributors. We also welcome orders from libraries.

Ordering from Sunrise Health Coach publications: We wish to make our books easily available for resale by health care providers, bookstores, and non-profit organizations regardless of size. Our terms are credit card or cash payments only unless prior arrangement has been made. To see a discount schedule for various quantities and to apply for a wholesale account, fill out our wholesale application.

Ordering from book distributors: Wholesale ordering is also available through New Leaf Distributing, Baker & Taylor, Quality Books, and other book distributors TBA. They will accept returns and provide credit terms according to industry standards.

S.T.O.P. orders will also be accepted by Sunrise Health Coach Publications at a 20% discount. Please mail them to the address at the top of this page.

Please Note: Only books published by Sunrise Health Coach Publications may be purchased from us at wholesale prices. Books by other publishers which we offer for sale on this website are not available from us at wholesale prices. Contact the publishers or book distributors.

Subsidiary Rights

Subsidiary rights is the licensing or selling of a book in part or in whole to another party who then sell it to their customers. If you wish to license subsidiary rights for Recapture Your Health or Saving Yourself From the Disease-Care Crisis, first define the right that you are interested in and then submit your request in writing by fax, e-mail, or postal mail to Jan DeCourtney using the contact info at the bottom of this page.

Types of Rights

First serial: excepts that come from a book that appear in a magazine/newspaper/internet shortly before actual publication of a book
Second serial: excerpts that come from a book that appear in a magazine/newspaper/internet after the book's publication, sometimes a considerable time after publication
Abridgements/condensations: selling the book to a custom who will abridge or condense it and sell it through the mail to an existing list of customers
Book club: licensing the whole book to a book club membership operation who in turns sells it to its members through the mail at a discounted price
English language, non-US: licensing to a publisher the rights to publish a book in the English language in a specific area outside of the United States
Translation rights: licensing foreign language publishers the right to publish a book in their local language
Hardcover reprint: the right to re-publish a book in a hardcover edition
Large print: selling the book to reprint it in a large print edition for the visually impaired
Audio: selling the book to be recorded on audiocassette/CD in either abridged or unabridged form
Electronic: selling the book to software companies/independents/on-line services for reproduction in CD-Rom, floppy disks, and laser format
Merchandising/commercial rights: selling the work to become a calendar, greeting cards, puzzle, playing cards, posters, etc.

Permissions requests

Requests to reprint, photocopy, or otherwise reproduce selections from Sunrise Health Coach Publications products should be mailed to the address at the bottom of this page. All requests should indicate the material you wish to use (book title, chapter or selection, and page numbers) and your contact information. Also include the following information about your forthcoming publication: title, author or editor, estimated first and lifetime printings, format (hardcover or paperback, magazine, etc.), retail price, term of license sought (i.e., 1 year), and territories requested (United States, North America, World, etc.).
