About the author:Beth Loiselle is a former patient of Walt Stoll, M.D., who developed the Perfect Whole Foods Diet for his patients. She is a Registered Dietitian who, when she went to Dr. Stoll, was eating what her education trained her to believe was a good diet, but was not feeling well. She was quite surprised when she discovered that her extreme fatigue and other symptoms were not due to having two young children, but rather to what she had been eating! By following Dr. Stoll's advice, she became exuberantly healthy and then went on to write The Healing Power of Whole Foods. Beth received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tennessee in Foods Science and Institution Management and is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian.
